Job Description

• Participation in project planning with the team;
• Manage effective communication with the client;
• Visiting the client, conducting interviews with the company's management and employees to study the company's processes;
• If necessary, develop various content policy documents for the client company;
• If necessary, participation in the implementation of the developed policies;
• Communicate and negotiate on behalf of the client with various state and financial institutions;
• Preparation of a report on the work done;
• Active use of existing projects or time management programs in work processes;
• By prior agreed with the project manager / senior consultant assigning tasks to team member intern and junior consultant and monitoring activities;
• Assisting team members in improving their technical skills;
• Preparation of offers and presentations related to consulting services for potential clients;
• Taking care of the development of consulting services and proactively generating innovative ideas;
• Meet with potential clients, offer services, and clarify their needs if needed.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Office programs;
• High level of English language proficiency;
• Ability to communicate at a high level with clients and team members;
